Meet Susan
Susan spent nearly 18 years within the AT&T atmosphere. She started with AT&T when the original iPhone came out, starting in a retail store in Petoskey, Michigan. During her time in the retail store, assisting both consumers and businesses, she sold phones, helped with phone plans and bills, and assisted with both service and phone issues. She had many customers that would come in and wait in line, just to have her help them. It was during this time that she learned her love for not only technology but the connectivity of it all.
Wanting to continue her career with AT&T, but find another role outside of the retail store, she began her AT&T Business career and worked with small businesses and trained stores on business cell phone plans, different solutions we could offer like fleet tracking, mobile forms, business messaging, and more. From there, Susan was recruited to be on the Develop & Retain (now called Mid-Markets) business team, that worked with mid-size businesses and their AT&T services. From there, her supervisor asked her if she was interested in moving to Grand Rapids to take on the larger mid-size customers, the largest sales module on his team. She took the offer and moved her and her dogs down to Grand Rapids.
After years of selling and managing AT&T business accounts, she changed hats and was the Regional Director, managing 12 sellers, covering over half of Michigan and upper Indiana. After the strains of COVID and other pressures, She was not enjoying her time. Feeling pressure to sell and not fully be able to care for the customer. She decided to go work for a small business. Our company was a solution provider for AT&T, helping to manage accounts for AT&T Business customers.
She enjoyed her time working as a solution provider but it was still the similar environment of not having the ability and time to fully care for our customers. After some time and tough decisions she decided to go out on her own and focus on what she thinks truly matters, the customer. She understands the need to save money and be able to afford the resources you need to run your business.
Susan cares for her customers and will let you know if she can’t help you. As her former customers can attest, she will take her time, answer your questions, and if she doesn’t know, she will find out. She will work to gain your trust and become a trusted partner.
